It is hard to find people who do this kind of work first of all. Was pleased to find someone local. Tom arrived around the agreed time. Went right to work. Asked a few questions. My pilot was out, and the blower was not working properly. After a few adjustments , he had everything cleaned and working in 45 minutes. Am very happy, as it took quite a while to find help.
